Safe-T EMS & Safety Training LLC was established in 2017 by veteran CPR/AED & Emergency Medical Technician Instructors Michele Lewis and Brad Greenberg.   Our leadership team has over 40 years of EMT, CPR and Safety Training experience.  Our goal is to provide you with top-quality education and training to make sure you are prepared to respond to an emergency situation.

Michele Lewis is the Co-Founder of SAFE-T EMS & Safety Training LLC and a dedicated emergency medical educator with extensive experience in EMS instruction, curriculum development, and student mentorship. She is committed to delivering high-quality, standards-based education that emphasizes clinical competence, professionalism, and ethical patient care. Michele plays a central role in program design, instructional oversight, and student support, ensuring learners are well prepared for certification and real-world emergency response. In addition, to her role at SAFE-T, Michele is the President of Marlboro Emergency Medical Services and a State of New Jersey, Department of Health, Office of Emergency Medical Services, State Education Faculty member.

​Brad Greenberg is the Co-Founder of SAFE-T EMS & Safety Training LLC and a seasoned leader in federal law enforcement and emergency services, with over 25 years of experience and serving as Chief of EMS for Marlboro EMS. He brings extensive expertise in operational risk management, complex investigations, and organizational leadership, applying this to EMS education. Brad is committed to fostering professionalism, discipline, and real-world readiness, ensuring students and trainees can respond effectively and confidently in high-pressure emergencies.
